Processing Time

- For 80% of orders: 3-8 business days.
- For 15% of orders: 5-12 business days.
- For 5% of orders: Over 16 business days.

International Shipping: Standard international shipping takes approximately 7-20 business days. Please note that actual shipping times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
Important Information
- Accurate Shipping Details: Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. TheElixir cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
- Shipping Schedule: Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Fees:
- United States: Free shipping on all orders over $90.
- International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your cart.
Customs Clearance Issues:
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to recent changes in customs regulations in certain countries, including USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and some European countries, we are experiencing significant delays with shipments passing through customs. These issues are beyond our control, and we want to make it clear that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in these regions.
While our products have already been delivered to the customs authorities in your country, the process of clearance and final delivery is now handled by local customs. As such, the responsibility for any delays or issues that arise during this process lies with the customs authorities in your country, not with TheElixir.
We understand how frustrating this situation can be, but we ask for your understanding and patience as we work through these challenges. Once the customs process is completed, the delivery will be handled directly by the local postal service or courier in your country.

Notice Regarding Holidays
Due to public holidays, orders placed between May 25 and June 5 will be shipped out by June 8. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.
